This promotion is run by The Salty Fox Co Pty Ltd ATF The Salty Fox Trust ABN 44 190 157 232 trading as The Salty Fox, based in Victoria, Australia (referred to in these terms as “The Salty Fox”, “we”, “us”, and “our”).
By participating in this promotion, you (“Entrant”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions, including consent to receive marketing communications from us during the Promotional Period.
All instructions and information published on our website or social media platforms in connection with this promotion form part of these Terms.

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 23 February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 28 February 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of The Salty Fox are not eligible to enter.
We reserve the right to disqualify any Entrant or cancel the promotion at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
To submit a valid entry, Entrants must:
Entrants already subscribed to marketing emails remain eligible.
Each eligible order counts as one entry.
Multiple orders = multiple entries.
The cost of entering (placing an order) is the responsibility of the Entrant.
Prize:
A total of 6 winners will each receive a full refund of their order, including shipping costs.
Draw Details:
All winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on 2 March 2026 at 7:00pm AEST at The Salty Fox head office in Victoria, Australia.
Winner Allocation:
One winning order will be selected for each day of the Promotional Period (6 total winners).
Notification:
Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw.
Winners must respond and provide any requested information within 7 days, or the prize may be forfeited and a redraw conducted.
Each winning Entrant will receive a refund only for the selected order.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
Entrants may win more than once only if they have multiple eligible orders, but each order can only win once.
By accepting the prize, the winner:
Consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes;
Acknowledges the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable;
Acknowledges that no cash alternative is available beyond the refund.
We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By entering, you consent to:
The collection and use of your personal information to administer and promote the promotion.
Receiving marketing communications from The Salty Fox during the Promotional Period;
The use of your details for future marketing purposes (you may unsubscribe at any time after the Promotional Period).
Personal information may be shared with third parties assisting in the promotion, including marketing agencies and service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Salty Fox is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or prize.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
